Consultancy

The team are able provide specialise consultancy services designed to assist organisations that have significant issues with the selection of providers. The team are also able to design and implement effective supplier and contractor selection processes and procedures to ensure optimal outcomes. The team can also work with clients and suppliers who are strategic partners, but their relationship has deteriorated and needs to be reset.
